updates to make the site better

to make the site better i think we will need:

1. fast reply
2. more members lol
3. new design going by DLpnd
4. maybe a points system and RPG
5. some more discussion areas like off-topic chatter, GFX area, software area.

there is other stuff but i cant think of what lol

i never said that i didnt like it. i just added it cause DLpnd said something about it

Well you dont really have any members on the site..

Altho its a big improvement with the layout, much neater, could have some minor touchups, but alteast that part is done, your next sensible step would be signin up to top100 anime website and affiliation with other sites,

um I have done that, your not telling us anything that we dont already know, besides you were WAY too quick to criticize, I was in no way finished with the layout of this site nor am I finished with the amount and types of forums here either. Next time why dont you reserve judgement until either

1. You have something good to add, not just telling people there not doing a good job
2. You wait and see what it was that we were trying to do.

This site and my own are along way off from being done but remember even sites such as Majinarena and the anime news network started off with a few simple ideas.

Then sir id highly recommend you to make the layout your first priority, you see on internet its very psychological, if it doesnt look good you wouldn't pick it, people judge forums on professionalism of layout, if it doesnt hurt eyes, not too bright, evenly balanced and easily readable people will consider registering, but dont go over the top with details, if it takes more than 30 seconds to load people most likely to close the window, people are VERY impatient.

Also iam not criticizing, im giving an advice, with a examples that are pretty much straight forward, you might find it offensive, but I want to help this forum, I had experience before, I was a co-admin on a fairly large anime website, which sadly got shut down due to copyrights law in the outbreak of Funimation Anime Killing Spree.

Understood, but do you understand that this is a free site and we have very little control over the themes and designs, now when I get my laptop that will be a different story, I can create a forum from scratch, the reason I got so angry is because you dont seem to realize that its not exactly as simple as you may think it is.

Unless you know how to create a bbtheme file there very very little we can do for the layout.
Besides this really isn't even my forum i'm just a major contributor, take it up with Lelouch if you have critiques.

The forum I was co-admin on was its now closed down, and it was on forumotion, and yes we had a appealing design, that I have my self contributed by making a logo and minor gfx additions, and as this being a forum, Lelouch can read it, infact anyone can read it
